View Space is an internet-fed, self updating exhibit from the Space Telescope Science Institute, home of NASA's Hubble Space Telescope. View Space combines fantastic images and movies, also portraying the beauty and wonder of the universe. CMI and the Adler Planetarium in Chicago, are the only two sites in Illinois where this can be viewed. Segments include which planets and constellations are in view each month. As well as updated information with images from the Mars Rover. The exhibit also includes information on frequently asked questions such as, "Why isn't Pluto a planet anymore?" |
